It’s been a while since Steve and I could really sit down and just talk about stuff. When the news broke that Sony and Disney could not come into an agreement with one another, each of us had an awful lot on our minds that we wanted to discuss, and due to our current circumstances we couldn’t work them out over Google Hang-Outs as we typically might. Every time I’d head to his place, it was mixed with his need to run his children through their evening and bed-time routines, followed by watching a movie or a scheduled discussion. So, we sort of psychically agreed that this episode would just be a grab bag of topics. A bit different from our typical “want to just talk about whatever”, in that even those have a sort of point-by-point number of items we desire to hit. This time? Only thing planned was the Sony and Disney split and what that meant for Spider-Man.

I think the end result is a positive one. Steve and I spoke about a lot of things, and many of my recent revelations as written on this blog certainly allowed me to feel more comfortable speaking my thoughts and sense of humor in ways I would not have in the past. We may do more of these grab bags, should there be enough to discuss.
